AC Repair & Installation in Sedalia, MO

Alex just came out on short notice, even though it's our first time calling him and a very busy time of year. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and competent. He works on all brands of equipment... not a snob (though if anyone deserves to be, he does, having such an incredible grasp of the trade). He was also timely, polite, practical, and honest. So glad to have found him! Definitely the best experience we've had.

Alex knows his stuff! He drove over an hour to the Lake of the Ozarks to help me when our air conditioner would not kick on in the 95 degree heat! Alex diagnosed the problem and had our unit running within 30 minutes! If I ever need a repair man again, Alex is my 1st call!

Alex is very professional and did a great gob installing our mini split heating and cooling system. His pricing was very affordable and he did a great job with the installation. He cleaned up after himself and was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend him for any job.

So thankful for an honest company like Tactical Heating and Air!! After receiving some bad news from local area HVAC companies recommending to replace my hvac system and expecting my costs to be between $4-7,000, Tactical came out to Lees Summit, MO quickly and was able to get my system back up and running so quickly and for a fraction of the price I was estimated from other companies. Highly recommend if you want to bypass all the sale gimmicks and get honest costs and quality work!

Alex was extremely helpful and professional. Efficient and clean as well. Highest of possible recommendations. Will be using Tactical for all HVAC needs in the future!

Alex was a lifesaver for us. He went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for us. Great communication. Knowledgeable. Professional. Timely. Skilled in his craft. Very reasonable. Honest and hard working. If you need a heating or AC company, I do not hesitate to recommend! This company will receive all our business and recommendations to friends.

Having no AC during warm weather is never a good thing. I am thankful that I was referred to Tactical Heating and Air (Alex) and on short notice Alex arrived troubleshot the system and identified the problem to be a bad motor on the outside unit. Alex didn't try to sell me a new unit but he did locate a new motor and within a couple days the motor was installed and the system is back up and running. Thanks Alex I greatly appreciate your quick response, your true professional. Oh yeah, guess I should also include the initial response was during evening hours and I would have expected to pay more than what I was charged for all the work that was accomplished.

Alex just installed a new heat pump system into our home. I was impressed with the knowledge he had of his trade and his workmanship. I would recommend him to anyone.

We were so thankful when Alex was the only one who answered our call when the heat quit on the coldest day of the weekend. He does honest, good work. We'll definitely recommend him to anyone and will most likely be using him again this spring for our AC.

Excellent knowledgeable efficient! I've had business with local HVac companies- Alex's work ethic and professionalism beats all the competition. We have utilized his expertise on 3 different occasions. (2 houses and a sun room) Cannot explain how happy we are with his work.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of service from Alex and Tactical Heating and Air. Professional, personable, reliable and most of all, honest. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs, especially at Lake of the Ozarks!
